In 2017, Sousto was originally envisioned to be a health-conscious bistro which featured a variety of smoothies and salads. After visiting many food festivals, our owner, Jake Zahradnik, decided to incorporate new food items such as Belgian fries, burgers, and hotdogs to create a concept he calls an “American diner in the year 2050”.
At Sousto, we believe in 100% fresh ingredients from local vendors, with our meat sourced from Nase Maso butchery, our bread from Artic Bakehouse, and our beer from Pivovar Raven. Sousto believes in supporting the local community and creating quality, fresh foods to give back for the community to enjoy. We hope you come in and enjoy our authentic cuisine and quality service!
